10 Minute Loaded Halloumi Fries

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 blocks Halloumi, cut into thick matchsticks
  • crispy bacon
  • 1 avocado, diced into little bits
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • sunflower oil, for shallow frying
  • sweet chilli sauce, for serving
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Directions

  1. Mix together your flour, paprika and oregano.
  2. Dunk your halloumi sticks into your seasoned flour.
  3. Deep fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain, top with avocado, bacon and spring onion.
  5. Enjoy!
