10 Minute Loaded Halloumi Fries
What you need
- 2 blocks Halloumi, cut into thick matchsticks
- crispy bacon
- 1 avocado, diced into little bits
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- sunflower oil, for shallow frying
- sweet chilli sauce, for serving
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Mix together your flour, paprika and oregano.
- Dunk your halloumi sticks into your seasoned flour.
- Deep fry for 3 minutes.
- Drain, top with avocado, bacon and spring onion.
