Courgette Fries

Directions

  1. Dunk your courgette into flour, shake off excess, then go into the egg and then breadcrumbs (into which you have added lemon zest, parsley and parmesan). Pop on a baking sheet and spray with Pura Coconut oil blend spray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. For the dipping sauce, mix all ingredients together. Serve!

Halloumi Fries

  1. Dice your halloumi into thick sticks. Dunk into flour, shake off excess, then go into egg and then breadcrumbs (into which you have added the sesame seed). Pop on a baking sheet and spray with Pura Coconut oil blend spray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. For the dipping sauce, mix everything together. Serve!

Avocado Fries

  1. Slice your avocado into thick pieces. Dunk each in flour (into which you've added the fajita spices), then egg, then breadcrumbs. Pop on a baking sheet and spray with Pura Coconut oil blend spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C. For the dipping sauce, mix everything together. Serve!

Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Dunk the spiral potato into a large bowl and add the oil, salt and spices. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. For the dipping sauce, mix everything together. Serve!
