Nachos:

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 tortillas 8”
Caramel Apple Pie: 
3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled cored and chopped
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp butter
Vanilla Ice cream
Caramel sauce 
S’mores:
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups fudge sauce, warmed
Crushed graham crackers
Pecan pie: 
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Vanilla Ice cream
Icing Sugar
Berry Cheesecake:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup icing sugar

Nachos:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350f).Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
  2. In a bowl mix together butter and sugar.  Add tortillas and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Lay evenly on a line baking sheet without overlapping. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy and just golden.  Keep an eye on them as they can crisp quickly.  Take out and let cool to harden.
  4. Layer on plates and top as desired.
Caramel Apple Pie:
  1. In a medium saute pan over medium heat, add butter brown sugar and cinnamon; stir until combined.  Add apples and lemon juice.
  2. Cook until apples have softened, pressing gently with the back of a spoon.
  3. Layer nachos, top with apple pie mix a scoop (or more) of vanilla ice cream.  Drizzle caramel over top.
  4. Enjoy!
S’mores:
  1. Heat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Add one small layer of tortillas on an oven proof plate.  Top with half of the marshmallows.  Add more nachos and top with remaining marshmallows.
  3. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows are puffed up and toasty.  Keep your eye on them!
  4. Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce and sprinkle with graham crumbs.
  5. Enjoy!

Pecan Pie:

  1. In a medium saute pan over medium-high heat, add butter and sugar.  Stir to combine. Add pecans and stir to coat.  Cook until sugar has melted and coated.  Bring to a rolling boil and cook without stirring.
  2. Pile nachos on a plate and pour pecan topping over.
  3. Add scoops of ice cream and dust with icing sugar.
  4. Enjoy!

Berry Cheesecake Nachos:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, whipping cream and icing sugar.  With a hand mixer, mix until smooth and combined.  Add vanilla and mix.
  2. Add one small layer of tortillas to a plate.  Top with half of cream cheese mixture. Top with berries.  Repeat with another layer.
  3. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over top.
  4. Enjoy!
