5 Cheese Pasta Bake

  • 400g cooked pasta
  • 30g butter
  • 30g plain flour
  • 500ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • 6 bacon rashers, cooked and chopped
  • 100g grated Monterey Jack (or cheddar).
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 100g creamy herb cheese
  • 100g stilton, crumbled
  • 100g grated parmesan
  • 100g parmesan
  • 50g breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat the oven to 190c.
  2. Place the cooked pasta in a dish. In a saucepan, melt the butter then add the flour. Cook out for 1 minute then gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened slightly. Season.
  3. Add the parsley and bacon to the sauce along with the mozzarella, cheddar, stilton and Monterey Jack. Stir well then add to the pasta and thoroughly coat.
  4. Top the bake with the parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs. Back for 20 minutes.
