- Preheat the oven to 190c.
- Place the cooked pasta in a dish. In a saucepan, melt the butter then add the flour. Cook out for 1 minute then gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened slightly. Season.
- Add the parsley and bacon to the sauce along with the mozzarella, cheddar, stilton and Monterey Jack. Stir well then add to the pasta and thoroughly coat.
- Top the bake with the parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs. Back for 20 minutes.
