Alfredo Chicken Pasta Bake

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250g chicken (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 500ml chicken stock
  • 300ml double cream
  • 500g penne pasta
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • fresh parsley to dress


  1. Add your oil to a hot pan and brown your chicken. To the pan then add your salt, pepper, garlic and fry for a further 5 minutes.
  2. Now its time to add your stock and your cream. Stir thoroughly then add your penne. Cook down for 15/ 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir through your dried parsley.
  4. Grab yourself a glass baking dish and add half your pasta, a couple of handfuls of mozzarella and then the rest of your pasta. Top dish with more mozzarella and your grated parmesan.
  5. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
