- 230g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 170g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g light brown sugar
- 2 medium free-range eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g white chocolate, chopped
- 100ml baileys
For the blondie base, sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.
In another large mixing bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and Baileys.
Fold in the flour and white chocolate and pour into a greased skillet and bake for 20 minutes.
