8 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
6 shots of Bailey’s (150 ml)
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate, finely chopped (70%)
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
4 large marshmallows
4 large martini Glasses
- Pour the chocolate sauce and crushed cookies into shallow bowls. Dip the rim of each martini glass in the chocolate sauce allowing excess to drip off. Then dip and roll in the crushed cookie. Sprinkle some extra around the rim if not already fully coated.
- In a blender, add ice cream, vanilla, and Baileys. Blend until everything is well combined. Pour evenly amongst martini glasses.
- Toast marshmallows individually over a gas stove, using a blow torch or by placing on a tray. Top each martini with one toasted marshmallow.
- Sip, enjoy!
