- mix the spices and salt into the flour. Whisk together the milk and eggs.
- Dunk the chicken pieces into the flour, then egg, then flour. Repeat with all the pieces. Place on a baking tray, spray liberally with oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C, turning occasionally.
- Make the individual sauces. For each, put everything in a pan and heat gently before chucking in the chicken pieces to coat.
