- Mix together chicken, cheeses, chives and BBQ sauce then mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a lined tray and freeze until solid (around 2 - 3 hours).
- Remove from tray and cut into roughly 1 1/2 cm strips.
- Dip them in the flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs and fry for roughly 2 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Serve with ketchup.
