Blender Watermelon Keg

What you need


  • 250ml vodka
  • 100ml lime juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • mint, a couple of sprigs
  • 250ml prosecco¬†
  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 fruit keg tap
  • 1 apple corer
  • 1 stick blender


  1. Cut a small piece of the bottom of your melon and stand upright. Cut a hole in the top of the watermelon that is big enough to fit your blender in it. Blend until it's all juice. Pour out into a jug through a sieve. Add the lime juice and vodka.
  2. Tap the melon. Pour in the cocktail, then add ice, lime and top up with prosecco.
  3. DestroY!
