  1. Cut a hole in the top of each of your bread rolls and hollow out the middle. Brush inside and out with melted butter.
  2. Fry your sausages, bacon, mushrooms (sliced) and tomatoes until nicely coloured, cooked through and crispy (where applicable). Stuff each bread roll with sausage, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. Crack an egg inside.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200ºF.
  4. Squeeze over ketchup and get involved!
