Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake
- Heat some oil in a deep pan. Add the diced chicken and fry, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper then add the garlic and stir. Cook out for 1 minute.
- Add the cream cheese, hot sauce, chives and chicken stock. Stir together to coat the chicken.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir again then pour into a baking dish. Top with the crumbled blue cheese and grated cheddar. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until the top is crisp and golden.
