Buffalo Chicken Puff Ring

  • 300g puff pastry
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 100g cheddar (for ring)
  • 50g cheddar (for buffalo mix)
  • 300g chicken breasts (shredded)
  • 100ml buffalo hot sauce
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1tbsp chives (finely sliced)
  • blue cheese dip to serve


  1. To a mixing bowl add your cream cheese, hot sauce, cheddar, shredded chicken, chives and pepper and combine fully. Set aside.
  2. Slice your puff pastry into equally sized triangular pieces and lay them in a circular pattern on a baking tray, making sure they slightly overlap. Leaving a gap in the middle.
  3. Now lay down your grated cheddar around the base of the ring. Top with your chicken mix and then finally finish with grated mozzarella.
  4. Fold in your ring, making sure the edges are proper pressed. Brush whole thing with egg wash.
  5. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with blue cheese dip. Delicious.
