• 1 camembert, cut in half

  • 1 ltr groundnut oil for deep frying
  • 2 burger buns, toasted
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 tbsp chutney
  • 4 rashers bacon
  1. Preheat oil to 170°C/340°F
  2. Mix the salt, garlic powder and herbs into the flour.
  3. Dip the camembert in the flour first, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs.
  4. Take away and fry until golden.
  5. Top the bottom bun with mayonnaise, then a lettuce leaf, fried camembert, chutney, bacon and the top half of the bun.
