Cheese Taco Shells
What you need
- 1 cup finely grated cheddar
- 1/2 tsp flour
- Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
- Mix the cheddar and flour until well combined and spoon onto lined baking trays - make sure you leave room for the cheese to melt!
- Bake for 8 minutes or until they've spread out a bit and started to brown at the edges then take out of the oven, leave to cool for around a minute before laying over a rolling pin.
- Serve with taco fillings of your choice.
