Cheese Taco Shells

What you need

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely grated cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
  2. Mix the cheddar and flour until well combined and spoon onto lined baking trays - make sure you leave room for the cheese to melt!
  3. Bake for 8 minutes or until they've spread out a bit and started to brown at the edges then take out of the oven, leave to cool for around a minute before laying over a rolling pin.
  4. Serve with taco fillings of your choice.
