Cheeseburger Volcanoes

  • 2.2lb beef mince
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 sticks red cheddar
  • 18 rashers bacon
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
  2. Mix together the mince, ketchup, mustard and dry ingredients and form into fist sized chunks of meat.
  3. Form holes in the middle of each lump of mince and insert the sticks of cheese, then wrap each in three pieces of bacon.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes before brushing with the BBQ sauce and baking for a further 10, or until everything is cooked through.
