- Fry your steak in some hot oil until nicely browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan. To the same pan, add your onion, mushrooms and garlic. Fry until well coloured and translucent. Add flour, cook out briefly, then add stock. Bring to a simmer to thicken. Add cream, salt, pepper and chillies. Return steak to pan. Stir to combine, then remove from the heat.
- Cut the top off your bread boule and hollow out the middle. Fill with the cheesesteak mix, top with mozzarella then bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
