- Add all you ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Grab a small handful of the mixture and using your hands sculpt into into a triangular shape.
- Lay your triangle on a baking paper lined tray. Repeat with the rest of the mash.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Heat oil until 170°c. When hot add your mash browns and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until they are nice and browned.
- Serve immediately and dip in whatever you fancy. Enjoy!
