- 300g Cheetos, crushed
- 100g seasoned flour
- 2 whisked eggs
- 3 sliced chicken breasts
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- Extras: ranch dressing
- Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then egg, then the Cheeto crumbs.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep pan until it reaches 150c.
- Place the chicken into the oil and cook until golden, crisp and cooked through.
- Serve with ranch dressing and season with cracked black pepper and sea salt.
