Chicken and Beans Stew

  1. In a large heavy bottom pot heat 1 tbsp oil. Add chorizo and cook until the oils begin to release.  Add chicken, brown on all sides, remove.  
  2. Stir in onions, and peppers and sauté until softened.
  3. Add garlic and smoked paprika followed by tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook briefly, add the Heinz beanz and return the meat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. 
  4. Serve with bread and fresh coriander on top.
