- In a large heavy bottom pot heat 1 tbsp oil. Add chorizo and cook until the oils begin to release. Add chicken, brown on all sides, remove.
- Stir in onions, and peppers and sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and smoked paprika followed by tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook briefly, add the Heinz beanz and return the meat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve with bread and fresh coriander on top.
