Chicken Parmy Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 diced chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup panic breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 pack cooked spaghetti
  • 100g parmesan
  • 1/2 cup ripped up mozzarella
  • Basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Roll the chicken breasts in the flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs (after the parmesan and salt have both been mixed in). Oil a baking tray and lay the nuggets on top, then bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. In a baking tray mix together the cooked spaghetti with the tomato sauce. Place the cooked nuggets on top, then a sprinkling of parmesan, followed by mozzarella and basil. Bake for a further 20 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted.
