Chilli Dog Stuffed Deep Pan

What You’ll Need:

  • 700g Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 6 Frankfurters, diced
  • 100g Red Leicester, grated
  • 100g Cheddar, grated
  • 100g Mozzarella, cubed
  • 100g chilli con carne
  • Mustard and onions, to serve

How You Make It:

  1. Divide your pizza dough in two. Oil a 9″ non-stick pizza pan and place half of your dough down in the base. Using your fingers, push the dough out to the edge of the pan. Leaving a slightly thicker ring of dough at the edges. In the centre, spoon in your chilli and spread almost to the edge, again leaving the ring of dough. Sprinkle over half  of your frankfurter pieces, followed by the red leicester. Spread out the rest of your dough so you have a circle, then lay over the top of your bottom pizza. Pinch the edges of the pizza to join the two pieces of dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar and the remaining frankfurters on top.
  2. Bake in an oven pre-heated to full whack for about 15 minutes, or until nicely risen and the internal temperature reads about 100ºC/210ºF.
  3. Go on!
