Chilli Quesadilla Dogs

What you need


8 tortillas
4 hot dogs
1 cup chill con carne
1 1/2 cups mixed cheddar
Sour Cream
Chopped Parsley

We know a few people who could eat hot dogs, chilli and cheese every day. So we've taking a few favourites and made it all into one. Cut them up into pieces and serve them as sushi, super fun.


  1. Place one tortilla on a greased skillet over medium heat. Top with a layer of cheese and another tortilla. Press gently. Cook for 30 seconds on each side to just melt cheese.
  2. Place on a board.  Spread about 1/4 cup chilli over the middle. Top with one hot dog and roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients
  3. Place wraps back on a hot pan, seam side down.  Cook to seal for about 30 seconds, rotate to crisp edges.
  4. Serve with sour cream. Dip and enjoy!
