Crispy Chicken Broccoli Ranch Pasta

4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp oil
12 rashers bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
450g penne cooked


  1. Mix together flour, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and parsley.  Coat each chicken breast in the flour, shake off any excess.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.  Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on each side. Remove
  3. Add bacon to the pan and cook until browned and crispy.  Add butter, garlic and cook until aromatic.
  4. Add cream and bring to a simmer.  Add parmesan, chives and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir through cooked penne and broccoli.
  6. Serve in bowls and top with sliced crispy chicken.
