Loaded fries are really, really decadent. These are something else - gooey, creamy cheese sauce spiked with mustard and served with crispy fries. Vive La France!
- Heat the butter until foaming then add the flour. Whisk and cook for around a minute.
- Pour over the milk slowly, whisking all the time, until you have a smooth sauce.
- Add the cheese, ham, mustard and season. Pour over the fries and sprinkle with parsley.
