- Heat a large open-proof skillet over medium heat. Add oil and sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through about 6 minutes each side. Take chicken out, let cool then slice.
- In the same pan over medium heat, add butter and melt. Add flour and cook until slightly nutty smell. Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously to incorporate into a smooth sauce. After all the milk is added, bring to a boil and stir in half of the cheese, ham, and chicken.
- Top with remaining cheese in an even layer. Put under the grill until bubbly and golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Top with chopped parsley.
