- Lie the bottom halves of the sliders next to each other in a square tin. Layer the pastrami slices evenly over the top, followed by the turkey, then the mozzarella.
- Now make the pesto. Place the pine nuts, garlic, parmesan, basil, salt and olive oil in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Spread over the slider layers.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns on the fillings then brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with oregano then bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is crisp and the cheese melted.
