- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 a lime, squeezed
- Handful coriander leaves
- Chilli flakes
- Oil a sheet of foil in the middle and lay the salmon fillets on it.
- Sprinkle with lime juice, chilli flakes, salt and coriander.
- Set pouch in the top of the dishwasher and put on an hour long cycle, roughly 75°/150°F.
- Serve with rice and salad.
