Dishwasher Salmon

What you need


  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 a lime, squeezed
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt


  1. Oil a sheet of foil in the middle and lay the salmon fillets on it.
  2. Sprinkle with lime juice, chilli flakes, salt and coriander.
  3. Set pouch in the top of the dishwasher and put on an hour long cycle, roughly 75°/150°F.
  4. Serve with rice and salad.
