2 large ripe bananas
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups whipped cream
5 strawberries, sliced
1 large banana, sliced
- In a bowl peel and mash two bananas. Add eggs, cinnamon and vanilla, stir to fully combine.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Grease with some butter. Add ¼ cup of the pancake mix and smoothen into a circle. Wait for bubbles to appear and pop, then flip, about 1 minute. Cook for 20-30 seconds on other side. Repeat with remaining batter. Set aside to cool.
- Stack pancakes on a plate layered with whipped cream, sliced bananas and strawberries. Keep top layer open with cream, fruits and a cherry on top. Add sprinkles and chocolate drizzle.
