  1. Fry the peppers and onions in the olive oil until translucent and starting to colour. Add the salt and the spices, cook briefly then add your chicken stock. Add your sour cream and salsa and bring back up to heat before stirring through your chicken and tortilla pieces.
  2. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
