- Arrange the chicken, peppers and onion on a baking tray then season the chicken with the fajita mix & oil. Grill for 15 minutes on high, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Make your salad dressing: whisk together olive oil, sour cream, lime juice, honey and garlic.
- Toss together the grilled chicken & vegetables with the lettuce leaves, cooked pasta, some coriander and the dressing. Top with finely chopped red chilli.
