Bangers and Mash a British classic meal, now you can eat it on the go. The mashed potato is loaded with cheese and bacon because we're extra like that!
- Mix together potato, cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper until smooth. Wrap each sausage in mash mixture.
- Coat in flour and shake off excess. Roll in egg and then into breadcrumbs and coat well.
- Heat oil to 170ºC. Shallow fry each log until golden brown on all sides
- Serve with hot gravy.
