This Game Day Chilli Nacho Pie is perfect for a gathering. Doesn't take too long to make and it's a great sharer.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened and aromatic. Add beef mince breaking apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- Add all spices and tomato paste and stir to coat well. Stir in beef stock, chopped tomatoes and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 40 minutes until thickened. Add kidney beans and season with salt and pepper
- Scatter a layer of tortilla chips over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese and sliced jalapeños. Grill for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, enjoy!
