Four Cheese Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 bread boule
  • 1/2 cup brie
  • 1/2 cup camembert
  • 1/2 cup cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Take your boule bread and slice criss cross patterns across the surface about 2 inches deep. Stuff each incision with the cheddar, brie and camembert. Mix together the butter, parsley, garlic, seasoning and parmesan. Brush across the surface area.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until all the cheese has melted.
  4. Serve up warm and molten.
