Seeds and Juice of 1/2 passionfruit
50ml New Amsterdam Vodka

ENGLAND - ‘5 O’CLOCK TEA’
2 bar spoons orange marmalade
40ml chilled earl grey tea
50ml New Amsterdam Vodka
50ml apple juice
25ml sugar syrup

GERMANY - "BLOOD ORANGE RADLER "
50ml Fresh Blood Orange Juice
25ml sugar syrup
50ml New Amsterdam Vodka
100ml lemonade
Pilsner

RUSSIA - SALTED CARAMEL WHITE RUSSIAN SHOOTER
2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
100ml cream
50ml New Amsterdam Vodka
25ml Coffee Liqueur

BRAZIL - PASSIONFRUIT CAPRIOSKA SHOOTER 

Muddle the lime, passionfruit and sugar together, vodka, ice and shake well Strain into shot glass and garnish with passionfruit

 

ENGLAND - ‘5 O’CLOCK TEA’

Add all to shaker with ice and shake hard
Double strain over fresh ice into highball and garnish with apple fan & marmalade

 

GERMANY - "BLOOD ORANGE RADLER "

Add juice, syrup and vodka with ice to shaker and shake well Double strain into highball, add lemonade and top with beer

 

RUSSIA - SALTED CARAMEL WHITE RUSSIAN SHOOTER

Add caramel sauce and cream to mixing jug, microwave for 1 minute and mix well
Add 25ml salted caramel cream, 50ml vodka to shaker over ice and shake well Rim shot glass with caramel sauce
Pour coffee liqueur into shot glass, layer vodka cream mix on top
Garnish with chocolate swirls
