1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
4 Strawberries, hulled and chopped

1/2 cup milk

2 slices Swiss cheese (or gruyere)
2 slices ham

Apple Pie:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 slices thick white bread
2 tbsp butter
1 large apple peeled, cored and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tablespoon water (up to 2 tbsp more If necessary)

Strawberry Cheesecake:
  1. Mix chopped strawberries, cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla.  Spread on one slice of bread and cover with the second piece.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk egg, milk, vanilla and sugar together.  Dip sandwich into egg mixture and soak on both sides.
  3. In a non-stick skillet melt butter over medium heat.  Add sandwich and cook on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.  Be sure to control the heat so it doesn’t burn.
  4. Enjoy!
S’mores:
