500ml tomato juice
1 tbsp horseradish sauce
1 1/2 tsp tabasco
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Quarter of a lemon, squeezed
200ml vodka
4 celery sticks

Whisk together tomato juice with horseradish sauce, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and lemon. Pour into the required number of ice cube trays and freeze.

When you’re ready to serve blend the ice cubes with the vodka and distribute between four glasses. Add a celery stick and a slice of lemon to each and stir thoroughly.
