Preheat the oven to 200c. Grease a loaf tin with oil.
Cut the crusts off your bread slices. Whisk together the eggs, milk and seasoning in a bowl. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and drain off any excess then use it to line the prepared loaf tin.
Now it's time to layer up those fry up essentials. Start with the beans, followed by the bacon, mushrooms, sausages and hash browns. Top with your last slices of egg dipped bread. Press down and cover with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the sides are firm and golden brown.
Once the loaf is ready, turn out onto a board and remove the tin. Slice up and serve.
