Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges and Pizza Dip

4 baking potatoes cut into wedges
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups bechamel
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
1/3 cup grated mozzarella
Pepperoni slices
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp pepper
Chopped Basil

We love potato wedges especially when they're coated in parmesan cheese are garlic.  Doesn't hurt to dip them in a delicious creamy pizza dip!


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Toss potatoes in oli, salt and pepper to coat.  Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until just golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile mix together parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and 1 tsp pepper.  Toss wedges in cheese mixture, re arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is crispy and golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, spread béchamel in the bottom of a baking dish.  Top with pizza sauce grated mozzarella and pepperoni.  Bake for 20 minutes until bubbling hot.
  5. Dip and enjoy!
