We love potato wedges especially when they're coated in parmesan cheese are garlic. Doesn't hurt to dip them in a delicious creamy pizza dip!
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Toss potatoes in oli, salt and pepper to coat. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until just golden brown.
- Meanwhile mix together parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and 1 tsp pepper. Toss wedges in cheese mixture, re arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is crispy and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, spread béchamel in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with pizza sauce grated mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbling hot.
- Dip and enjoy!
