Giant Spaghetti Donut

1 packet spaghetti, cooked and cooled

2 cups pasta sauce
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet bacon, chopped and cooked crispy
3 eggs, whisked
11/2 cups torn fresh mozzarella


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F (220C).
  2. Mix together spaghetti, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic and bacon till evenly coated.
  3. Grease a bundt tin with butter or oil.  Pour in pasta sauce.  Cover evenly with torn mozzarella.
  4. Fill bundt to the top with pasta mixture, pressing gently.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until top is golden and crispy.  Run a knife along the sides to make sure it pulls away.
  6. Place a large plate on top of the open end of the bundt.  Carefully flip the bundt onto the plate.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
