Hasselback Chicken Caprese

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 small block pizza mozzarella
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • 1 cup ream
  • Pesto
  • 1/2 cup parmesan


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Cut four slices in each breast and alternately place mozzarella and tomato slices with a little basil next to the tomatoes.
  3. Pour over cream and pesto and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
