- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 small block pizza mozzarella
- Sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup ream
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Cut four slices in each breast and alternately place mozzarella and tomato slices with a little basil next to the tomatoes.
- Pour over cream and pesto and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
