Hasselback Pizza Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8tbsp tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 ball mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 pack pepperoni
  • few basil leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 4tbsp finely grated parmesan


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Score each chicken breast with 5 parallel lines about 2cm deep.
  3. Fill each slit with 1 tsp pizza sauce, a mozzarella slice, a piece of pepperoni and some basil leaves.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with fresh basil leaves and salad.
