- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Score each chicken breast with 5 parallel lines about 2cm deep.
- Fill each slit with 1 tsp pizza sauce, a mozzarella slice, a piece of pepperoni and some basil leaves.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Serve with fresh basil leaves and salad.
