Hot Chocolate Fudge Pudding
- Preheat the oven to 180c. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a food processor along with the butter, almonds, sugar, salt and 1tbsp of cocoa powder.
- Turn the food processor up to high and blitz the ingredients until smooth. Now add the flour and eggs. Blitz again to fully combine the ingredients.
- Grease a bakeware dish with butter then sprinkle on the remaining cocoa. Shake the dish to fully coat the butter with cocoa then discard any extra.
- Spoon the cake mixture into the dish and level off with a spatula. Sprinkle the broken up fudge bars over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. It should be set on top but gooey underneath.
- Enjoy with ice cream.
