1. In a food processor blend biscuits with melted butter then press into a muffin tin mould.
  2. Leave to set in the freezer then ease out with a knife. Fill with ice cream balls and smooth down the tops to make a flat surface. Top with mini marshmallows and set in the freezer again until hard.
  3. Remove and blowtorch (or grill on high very quickly) to caramelise the marshmallows and serve.

  • 130g/ 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Chocolate ice cream
  • Mini marshmallows
