Nacho Wings

What You’ll Need:

  • 1.5kg Chicken Wings, separated into drumettes and wingettes
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne
  • 200g cheddar cheese
  • 50ml BBQ sauce
  • 50ml Hot Sauce
  • Chillies, Sliced

How You Make It:

  1. In a large bowl, dress your chicken pieces with paprika, cayenne, brown sugar, salt, oil. Pop on a large baking tray and roast for 10 minutes at 230ºC/450ºF, then turn the oven down to 170ºC/340ºF and cook for a further 25 minutes.
  2. Bring out, transfer to your nacho dish, top with cheese, bbq sauce, hot sauce and chillies, then pop back in oven for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with a cooling ranch dip.
  4. Punchy.
