Nutella Hedgehog Bread

What you need

Ingredients

  • 1 Brioche Loaf
  • 6 tbsp nutella
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (2/3 sugar to 1/3 cinnamon)

Directions

  1. Carefully cut your brioche loaf diagonally in both directions.
  2. Remove a few central pieces of brioche. Eat those or save for later!
  3. Spoon your nutella into this newly created central cavity.
  4. Brush your bread with the butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Destroy.
