Nutella Stuffed Blender Muffins

  • 400g Plain Flour
  • 200g Caster Sugar
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa
  • 250ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Jar Nutella


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/320°F.
  2. Add dry ingredients to blender and pulse until incorporated.
  3. Add milk, eggs and blend until the mixture is silky (you may need to smooth down the sides of the blender).
  4. Take a tablespoon of mixture and label into a greased muffin tray, then add a tablespoon of nutella and another tablespoon of the mixture on top. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
