Nutella Stuffed Blender Muffins
- 400g Plain Flour
- 200g Caster Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 250ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Jar Nutella
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/320°F.
- Add dry ingredients to blender and pulse until incorporated.
- Add milk, eggs and blend until the mixture is silky (you may need to smooth down the sides of the blender).
- Take a tablespoon of mixture and label into a greased muffin tray, then add a tablespoon of nutella and another tablespoon of the mixture on top. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
