One-Pot Chicken Broccoli Pesto Pasta
What you need
No equipment needed
- 400g farfalle
- 250g brocolli florets
- 2 tbsp real pesto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200g chicken breast, diced quite small
- 100g sundried tomatoes
- 100g feta, crumbled
- salt and pepper
- Boil some water and salt it well. Add the pasta. Half way through the cooking of the pasta, add the brocolli. Drain and toss a little.
- Fry your chicken in the olive oil until nicely browned and cooked through. Put the pasta and brocolli back in. Add sundried tomatoes, feta, pesto and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, adding a little reserved pasta water as you go.
- Top with a little basil and get stuck in!
