Pepperoni Pizza Roll-ups with Domino’s Dipping Sauce

What you’ll need:

  • 400g pizza dough (cut into squares)
  • 1 can of passata
  • 250g pepperoni
  • Handful of basil
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clover (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander (chopped)

 

How you make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C/ 392 ℉.
  2. Grab yourself a square of pizza dough and get ready to start layering.
  3. Along one edge of the dough spoon on passata, followed by a slice of mozzarella, a couple of bits of pepperoni and finally a small basil leaf.
  4. Now grab one side and roll your pizza square into a tube. Pressing down along the edges to seal your roll-ups.
  5. Repeat process until you have a suitable number of pizza roll-ups.
  6. Once all finished place your roll-ups on a baking tray, drizzle with more passata, sprinkle with parmesan and they are ready to bake.
  7. Place in your pre-heated oven for 20 minutes, until nice and golden brown.
  8. While your roll-ups bake you can prepare the delicious dipping sauce.
  9. In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, parsley and coriander. Its that simple!
  10. Serve your roll-ups immediately and enjoy with copious amounts of garlic dipping sauce.
